The FINAL (01/11/2007) - Sydney North (5) v Sydney North West (7) : The Sydney North boys went into this match feeling confident and wanting to repeat the success of the two teams earlier encounter BUT it was not to be. With an opportunity to take out a lead in out in the doubles lost, it all came down to the last match No1. v No.1. For a while, both Kevin (Sydney North Coach & Manager) and the knowledgeable crowd were sensing a Sydney North victory but in the end it came down to a tie break which saw the Northwest boy triumph. Although we lost, it was down to the wire with all the drama and excitement expected from a Grand Final... better luck next year.
